Co-working solutions provider Awfis filed its first quarterly results after going IPO. The Delhi based company witnessed 10.9% revenue growth with the profits spiking 102.9% during the same period. Awfis’ revenue increased to Rs 258 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 232 crore in Q4 FY24, as per its unaudited consolidated financial statements filed with the National Stock Exchange (NSE). Income from renting of co-working space and allied services contributed 72% of the firm’s total operating revenue while construction and fit-out projects contributed 26% . On a sequential basis, its operating revenue increased by 37.31% from Rs 187.7 crore in Q1 FY24. Awfis’ total expense increased by 10.57% to Rs 265.08 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 239.79 crore in Q4 FY24. Subcontracting cost and purchase of traded goods accounted for 24% of the total expense. Employee benefit, depreciation and amortization and finance costs were some other major expenses for the 10-year-old company. The consistent growth in scale helped Awfis to double its profit which stood at Rs 2.78 crore in Q1 FY25 as compared to Rs 1.37 crore in Q4 FY24. For context, Awfis posted a loss of Rs 8.3 crore in Q1 FY24. Awfis is currently trading at Rs 669.7 (as at the end of August 13) with the market capitalization of Rs 4648 crore (approximately $560 million).

Income from co-working space rentals and allied services formed 76.7% of the total operating revenue, which grew by 52.5% to Rs 244 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 160 crore in Q3 FY24. Income from construction and fit-out projects, facility management, and the sale of food items were other revenue drivers for Awfis. The company posted revenue of Rs 868 crore in the first nine months of the ongoing fiscal year, with a positive bottom line standing at Rs 56.6 crore. Awfis’ total expenses increased by 36.6% year-on-year to Rs 317 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 232 crore in Q3 FY24. Subcontracting costs and the purchase of traded goods accounted for 22% of the total expenses. Employee benefits, depreciation, amortization, and finance costs were some other major expenses for the 10-year-old company. The 44% YoY growth helped Awfis register a profit of Rs 15.1 crore in Q3 FY25, compared to a loss of Rs 6.2 crore in Q3 FY24. On a sequential basis, Awfis recorded a profit of Rs 38.6 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Awfis ended the day at Rs 664 per share, reflecting a 3.36% decline from its opening price. The company's total market capitalization stood at Rs 4,702 crore (approximately $559 million). The company’s revenue from operations surged 40.5% year-on-year to Rs 292.38 crore in Q2 FY25 from Rs 208.15 crore in the same quarter last year. Other income contributed an additional Rs 9.56 crore which drove its total income of Rs 301.95 crore for the quarter. On a quarterly basis, the firm's revenue jumped 13.46% from Rs 258 crore in Q1 FY25. Founded in 2015, Awfis provides office spaces for startups, SMEs, and large corporations, along with services such as food and beverages, IT support, and infrastructure solutions. Revenue from co-working spaces remained the largest segment that grew 43.1% to Rs 218.31 crore in Q2 FY25 from Rs 152.56 crore in Q2 FY24. The construction and fit-out projects segment brought in Rs 68.15 crore, while other services brought in Rs 5.9 crore to the overall revenue in Q2 FY25. Subcontracting cost was the largest burn which stood at Rs 56.13 crore, whereas employee benefits expenses increased to Rs 39.38 crore. Depreciation and amortization expenses grew 33.5% YoY to Rs 64 crore. Finance costs amounted to Rs 30.4 crore which pushed the firm’s total cost to Rs 287.29 crore in the September quarter. With an exceptional item income of Rs 24 crore, Awfis posted a profit after tax of Rs 38.67 crore. Awfis’ stock was listed on the NSE on May 30, opening at Rs 435 with a 13.58% premium over the issue price of Rs 383. Before Monday’s market closure, the company’s shares were trading at Rs 776.

Business focused travel distribution platform Travel Boutique Online (TBO) has announced its first quarterly results since going public. The Gurugram-based company saw an increase in both revenue and profit during the first quarter of the current fiscal year. TBO’s operating revenue increased by 13.4% to Rs 418.46 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 369 crore in Q4 FY24, its unaudited consolidated financial statements sourced from National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Income from booking of hotels and packages accounted for 76.63% of TBO’s revenue which increased to Rs 227 crore in Q1 FY25. Meanwhile, income from air ticketing brought Rs 23 core to the firm’s topline. When it comes to cost, TBO’s total expense grew by 11.1% to Rs 358.4 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 322.62 crore in Q4 FY24. Services fee was the largest cost center which accounted for 38.7% of the total expense. This expenditure stood at Rs 139 crore in Q1 FY25. The company also spent Rs 82.16 crore on salaries and other employee benefit schemes. TBO growth in scale enabled the firm to post a 31.3% spike in profits to Rs 60.91 crore in Q1 FY 25 from Rs 46.39 crore in Q4 FY24. For context, the company posted Rs 200 crore profits during FY24. The company went public in May this year, raising Rs 400 crore through a fresh issue and offering up to 12,508,797 equity shares for sale. As of August 13, TBO Tek is trading at Rs 1,632, with a total market capitalization of Rs 17,721 crore (around $2.1 billion).

Foodtech and quick commerce platform Zomato on Thursday released its financial results for the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year (Q1 FY25). The Gurugram-based company has reported around an 18.1% increase in revenue with a 44.6% growth in profits. Zomato’s revenue from operations grew to Rs 4,206 crore in Q1 FY25 as compared to Rs 3,562 crore in Q4 FY24, its consolidated financial results sourced from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) show. Zomato’s food and delivery biz accounted for 46.17% of the total collection in Q1 FY25 which grew 11.7% to Rs 1,942 crore in Q1 FY25. The revenue from Hyperpure supplies (B2B) and quick commerce vertical (Blinkit) grew 27.4% and 22.5% to Rs 1,212 crore and Rs 942 crore, respectively. Income from “going-out” and other non-operating income took Zomato Group’s overall revenue to Rs 4,442 crore in Q1 FY25. Being a food tech major, the cost for delivery and related charges formed 31.6% of the overall expenditure which increased 18.8% to Rs 1,328 crore in Q1 FY25. The firm’s spending on procurement, employee benefits, advertising, and marketing pushed its overall expenditure to Rs crore 4,203 in Q1FY25 from Rs 3,636 crore in Q4FY24. A stellar growth in scale allowed Zomato to record a 44.6% spike in its profits to Rs 253 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 175 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the company spent Rs 0.99 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. With the consistent gain in its market cap, the food tech firm also rewarded its employees with an additional ESOP plan of $458 million. Zomato’s initial public offering opened at Rs 115, a 51% increase from its price band of Rs 76. Logistics company Delhivery is turning around the table by registering notable profits during the quarter ending June 2025, with a scale crossing Rs 2,100 crore in the same period (Q1 FY25). Delhivery’s operating revenue grew 4.6% to Rs 2,172 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 2,076 crore in Q4 FY24, according to the company’s unaudited consolidated quarterly report filed with the National Stock Exchange. Logistics services including (warehousing, last mile logistics, designing and deploying logistics management systems) were the primary sources of revenue for Delhivery. The Gurugram-based company added another Rs 110 crore from financial sources tallying the overall income to Rs 2,282 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 2,195 crore in Q4 FY24. For the logistics firm Delhivery, the cost of freight and handling formed 71% of its overall expenditure. To the tune of scale, this cost grew 4% to Rs 1,579 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 1,519 crore in Q4 FY24. The firm spending on employee benefits, advertising, finance, legal, and other expenditures took the overall expenditure to Rs 2,223 crore in Q1 FY25 compared to Rs 2257 crore in Q4 FY24. The continued growth in scale and reduction in total cost enabled Delhivery to turn black with Rs 52 crore in profits in Q1 FY24 as compared to Rs 68 crore loss in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the firm spent Rs 1.02 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. Delhivery has also granted 1,66,122 employee stock options under its existing ESOP Plan 2012, tallying its total ESOP pool to 1.73 million, according to a different disclosure filed by Delhivery through NSE. Delhivery’s share price is currently at Rs 414.4 (as of August 2) and its total market capitalization stood at Rs 30,632 crore or $3.6 billion.

At the same time, its profits plunged 27.5%. Yatra’s revenue from operations decreased to Rs 100.8 crore in Q1 FY25 from Rs 107.67 crore in Q4 FY24, its consolidated unaudited financials sourced from National Stock Exchange (NSE) shows. Yatra recorded Rs 422.3 crore of revenue in the fiscal year ending March 2024 with the profits of Rs 4.4 crore. Income from air ticketing was the largest source of revenue followed by hotel, packages and other services. It also made Rs 8 crore from financial sources tallying the firm’s overall income to Rs 109 crore in Q1 FY25. The travel aggregator firm spent 32% of the overall expenditure on employee benefits followed by service and payment gateway costs. Its spending on marketing, legal, information technology, and other costs pushed its overall expense to Rs 104.75 crore in Q1 FY25 against Q4 FY24. The continued depletion of scale cannibalized Yatra’s profit by 27.47%, bringing it down to Rs 4.04 crore in Q1 FY25 against Rs 5.57 crore in Q4 FY24. On a unit level, the firm spent Rs 1.04 to earn a rupee in Q1 FY25. Yatra is currently trading at Rs 132.5 with a 4.9% decline in its share price (as of 12.58 PM today). As per Fintrackr’s estimates, its total market capitalization stood at Rs 2,079 crore (approximately $250 million).

Subcontracting costs and purchase of traded goods increased by 27% to Rs 66 crore. The rest of the major expenses include employee benefit expenses which declined 19% to Rs 29.5 crore and finance costs jumped 79% to Rs 42.6 crore. The 47% YoY growth helped Awfis register over 8X profit year-on-year of Rs 11.2 crore in Q4 FY25 as compared to Rs 1.4 crore in Q4 FY24. Awfis ended the day at Rs 648.10 per share, with a total market capitalization of Rs 4,599 crore (approximately $541 million). Along with Q4 FY25 results, Awfis also elevated Sumit Lakhani chief executive officer (CEO) of the company from deputy CEO. Lakhani joined Awfis in May 2015 as chief marketing officer (CMO) of the company.
