Chennai-based auto-booking app Namma Yatri has launched its zero-commission services in the city in collaboration with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC). The app, already with 10,000 drivers, plans to add 1 lakh more in the next 6 months in Chennai and expand to other cities in the state. Namma Yatri also recently launched in Delhi. The app has over 2 lakh drivers and 40 lakh customers, facilitating more than 2.5 crore trips.
