The Airports Authority of India (AAI) plans to offer training programs in airport infrastructure, operations, and air navigation services to meet the growing demand for air travel and skilled personnel. AAI has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with about 100 educational institutions near AAI airports across the country. The training programs will include visits, workshops, and internships, covering various areas such as air traffic management, airport operations, engineering, finance, and more. The initiative aims to enhance the availability of quality aviation talent in India, given the increasing number of aircraft and the government's plan to create multiple aviation hubs.
