Bengaluru-based Arkahub has raised $2 million in a seed funding round led by Kae Capital, along with participation from Sparrow Capital and Antler. The funding will be used to build a consumer-focused home energy platform, starting with rooftop solar. Arkahub is positioning itself as a full-stack home energy company aimed at simplifying residential energy ownership. The startup is focused on transitioning the market from project-based solar installations to standardized, product-led energy solutions for households, with an emphasis on long-term reliability and lifecycle management. While the country has an estimated rooftop solar potential of around 500 GW, adoption remains below 1%. Arkahub is targeting this gap by building a consumer brand that offers a simplified and integrated ownership experience. The company’s platform covers the entire energy lifecycle, including digital system design, installation, proactive monitoring, and ongoing maintenance. Arkahub plans to expand beyond solar to develop a broader home energy ecosystem that enables households to generate, store, and manage power through a single interface. Arkahub was founded by Manish Pansari, formerly with Myntra and Kearney, and Kaustabh Chakraborty, who has prior experience at Urban Ladder and Wakefit.
