It is already being implemented across sectors such as lending, mutual funds, insurance, healthcare, recruitment, and edtech, underscoring strong market demand for AI-driven automation. Nirmit Parikh, Founder and Group CEO of Apna, said, “Blue Machines marks India’s entry into the global enterprise Voice AI race.
