Dean.Bot engaged with constituents, mimicking Phillips' voice to answer questions about the upcoming election. The AI creation was funded by the Super PAC We Deserve Better and developed in partnership with AI developer Delphi. OpenAI recently introduced rules against using ChatGPT for political campaigning or lobbying. Other tech companies like Google and Meta have also implemented policies regarding AI-generated content in campaign materials.
