ADDA to invest Rs 15 crore on India biz expansion to meet demand for society management software

Startup ADDA, a software solutions provider for housing societies, plans to invest INR 15 crore to expand its operations in India. The company, founded in 2009, offers a range of features such as visitor management, billing, facility booking, and inventory management. With over 3,500 communities in India and clients in more than 10 countries, ADDA aims to enhance resident experience and post-sales automation using artificial intelligence. The company boasts a no-advertisement policy to ensure user privacy and has attracted prominent developers like DLF, Prestige, and Sobha. ADDA's revenue comes solely from software subscriptions, and it intends to grow revenue by 20-25% in India.
