The report also highlights that organizations in these industries prioritize achieving full-stack observability to enhance customer-centric services. Factors driving the adoption of observability include multi-cloud migration, artificial intelligence, customer experience management, and security and compliance. These industries are investing more in observability to ensure end-to-end visibility and better outage response.
