Isn't there a company with similar idea named Elastic Run ? Not sure about the electronics distribution but they help stores in rural areas to get products fast and cheaper . With this idea the main issue will be people on rural areas mostly deal in credit with the local vendor. Still it's a good idea 💡 yet getting this work would require a good amount of captial, All the very best ;)
