the space you’re targeting is real and underserved but it’s not an easy market to crack. truck operators often face trust issues with any financial service and switching from local agents to a digital platform needs strong on-ground push. promising better rates and no hidden charges is solid but everyone says that so building real credibility takes time. also partnering with banks and nbfc sounds good but execution and approvals in this space can get slow and messy

If you are a facilitator of loans, why would an NBFC or a bank needs a middle man. In the same way, why would a customer needs a middle man. Whichever way your revenue model is trying to lean on, there's no strong reason for that party to give a commission for you, instead, that would be very happy to deal within themselves keeping you on side. There's no business in here per se.

Thank you sir for looking into the business and for the insights. 1st yes we are the intermediary between the customer and NBFCs I.e. B2B2C which is business model like zomato, swiggy, make my trip, ease my trip and so on for the same we provide the customer all the banks and nbfcs rates at one spot. 2nd yes the banks and companies have their sales team but just like most of the companies they also need help of the agents. 3rd this small segment from my small town in rajasthan an agent which processes approx 10 CV loans a month is earning upwards of 2.5 lakh just from finance where we have more than 8-10 agents, just imagine the business on India level. Thank you so much for you point of view.

Hi Tara hot, just want to emphasize the fact that Facilitator services are at the mercy of both customer and the provider too. Yes, all the examples you mentioned had a large impact . But over the years, companies are trying to make their own arrangements or new platforms which are empowering the customer perse are slowing down the need of a middle man. You can see it in insurance sector and even the loan sectors. Probably a small segment of people who still rely on someone else to help them go through the hectic process may opt for the services from the facilitator but you should be aware that it's a small segment . Issues with scalability and decline in the need for service can loiter upon this model of business going forward. Just trying to give my perspective, that's it. Good luck anyways
