Hey I am on Medial • 21d

You need to complete your profile to access more features. That's the way it is. Expecting all features to work just for paying for Med Prem while not completing the profile is similar to trying to get a job just by paying for indeed premium without actually filling any information. But yeah, completing profile to access dms were added basically to protect users from spam. A paying user is surely not a spammer so they should be allowed sme features. Tho, they got a small team and obviously won't be spending their time on these features which can easily be solved by anyone. They have better things to focus on.
