Your follow-up list should look empty. Not “I’ll check later.” Not “Waiting for reply.” Not “Will follow up next week.” Empty. Clean. Done. If your CRM still has follow-ups pending, you are not in sales. You are in wishful thinking. Sales is not about sending one message and hoping the universe responds. It is about closing loops. Every conversation deserves an outcome. Yes, no, not now, lost, closed. An uncleared follow-up list is just fear wearing a productivity mask. Fear of rejection. Fear of hearing no. Fear of doing the uncomfortable work. If you are serious about sales, this screen should give you peace. If it makes you uncomfortable, get out and clean your list immediately. No mercy for lazy follow-ups. Revenue lives in finished conversations.
