While reaching out to potential clients, at the very least their name should be written correctly :-\ It may not seem like a big issue, but it’s often the first thing anyone notice, and it creates a negative impression of the person sending the mess

While I agree that the approach here is very casual. But please understand that the new genz crowd prefers a direct approach rathher than mollycoddling the client, starting with name calling. Its easy to ignore these minor issues, if one lets go off

Firstly, I believe it’s a good practice to use someone’s name when reaching out. it shows effort rather than a simple copy-paste message, which I truly admire. Normally, I would ignore such mistakes and, in fact, not accept such messages at all. But since my name was used the first time, I felt it was a good effort on their part, so I accepted the request. The purpose of creating this post was simply to promote a better way of communication, one that can help preserve and even enhance a brand’s value.
