Kerala’s ₹350 Crore Tech Hub to Power 1,000 Startups The Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) is setting up a ₹350-crore Emerging Technology Startup Hub at Technopark Phase IV (Technocity) Thiruvananthapuram. Spread over 3 acres with a 5-lakh sq ft facility, the hub will house around 1,000 startups. The project will focus on aerospace, healthcare agriculture & food, digital media and energy offering incubation centres, testing labs, R&D zones and co-working spaces. The initiative is part of Kerala’s push to position itself as a strong player in emerging technologies. Land preparation has been completed and the Detailed Project Report (DPR) is under revision to include enhanced facilities. Once finalized construction will move forward, with funding expected through a mix of government support and private investment.
