I honestly think Reddit is the best place if you want to promote or test your product, it’s always where I go first whenever I make something new. The good thing is you can really narrow down your audience by checking out different communities, like if my app is meant for teenagers then I can just post in student communities. It works the same way for testing any app, software, basically anything. The best part about reddit is that it’s mostly anonymous, so you end up getting the most honest responses, which is why I think it’s the best place for advertising too. And since reddit is so user-centric and has probably the most honest and committed audience out there, you can actually build your whole user base out of it. There are really just two ways I use reddit, one is by creating my own post in a community, but you have to make sure it doesn’t sound promotional The other way is just commenting on posts where people are already asking about something your product solves,
