I agree with other comments people have dropped. But I am also thinking about the industry practice in general, and how it will affect its peers. The goal of today's startup is to become customer obsessed as much as possible and design, think, and deliver in that direction. But imagine the pressure on the peer startups to take similar measures to be competitive in the market. Sometimes, we raise the wrong bar, or raise at the wrong level. How will it play a long term game with this? Or it may be the new future? Only time can tell.
