This hits hard. I've watched companies fire entire support teams to replace them with chatbots, then act surprised when customer satisfaction tanks. There's something irreplaceable about a human who can understand context, show empathy, and actually solve complex problems instead of just following decision trees. "Human support" is already a luxury - most companies have made it nearly impossible to reach a real person.
