*Family in the board is not an issue until there are no irregularities and the independent board members are ok with the board structure. As long as all the board members contribute to the growth of the company, it's a fair deal. *Employees can demand if there is a discrepancy in the wage structure compared to the market, as a company it should be looked into and change the structure if needed. If the ask is reasonable, it's ok to provide. *Hiring into a growing company is always a dicey situation. Hard and rigid decisions like stopping all together can be disastrous too sometimes. Hiring is such so complex a decision, it's always after a few years we can understand whether its consequences were good or bad to the company, it's hard to know the impact from before . It is a decision to correct in the future and live with. Don't know what you meant by rotation but understood the intention about putting the money to some work. Not a bad idea but something to carefully deal with. The money is for the company and not ours to use. The decision should be taken at the board level always. *Agree with the short term goals part. In a long journey, it's wider to look at the speed bump ahead instead of dreaming about the destination all the time.
