Declining revenue & profit due to western clients is the first problem, so I'd look for clients in other regions such as like asia , middle East and Africa to avoid completely relying on Western MNCs I'd be cutting cost by optimizing and using automation in internal processes, I'd avoid price cuts to match competition , instead I'd just add few more feature like the cross sell but bundled with this and show clients quality and reliability with our services If employees demanding hikes, I'd give partial hikes, performance based bonuses and ESOPs and also help them upskill so that they see career growth with company and stay longer Ai is the future , no doubt in that , so the capital left in the bank will be used in building ai capabilities and tools with proper planning of burn and keeping the runway for next 2 quarters For every organisation there comes a times where they have to accept that they need raise from investors to thrive these kind of situation like the cash crunch to build stuff faster to still keep growing and given past 5 yrs of experience and record and the solutions we're implementing to win this phase too should convince the investor
