Yesterday, I got a call from an unknown number. The moment I said โHello,โ the voice on the other end said, โMujhe job chahiye.โ I asked, โKonsi job chahiye?โ And he replied, โAapke paas konsi hai?โ I actually rolled my eyes ๐. I explained, โEsa thodi hota hai ki mere paas jo bhi jobs hain main bata doonโฆ aapko apna area of expertise batana padega na.โ Before I could finish my sentence, the call got cut. I was trying to help him, so that the *next* time he called someone, he could communicate his skills clearly. But it seems he wasnโt in the mood for โfree ka gyaanโ ๐ฅฒ. Hereโs the thing: Whether itโs applying for a job, pitching to a client, or asking for help, clarity is everything. If you donโt know how to position yourself, the person on the other side wonโt know how to help you. When youโre reaching out: * Introduce yourself. * Be specific about what you want. * Share your skills or expertise upfront. Because in the real world, โAapke paas kya hai?โ doesnโt work as well as โMere paas yeh skills hain, kya aapke paas koi role hai jo fit ho?โ
