depends on the sort of business you are planning to establish. For professional firms such as CA, Advocates or where partnership comes into picture then establishing a LLP is a good idea whereas when you are planning to conduct manufacturing or service business then Private Limited sounds like a better idea. However, establishing an LLP or private limited depends on the aim of the business itself
