Hi guys.. Ive launched my farmhouse project on the outskirts of Mumbai . it's a beautiful 58 acre property that's situated on the banks of a river.. I'm looking for some funding to tie up some land and execute development work. We are 3 partners and have secured the land thru sale seeds/ Agreement of sales and other forms of documentation with the farmers. We have started sales of the project and have started work on the site . We are open to debt at a fixed rate of interest or liquidation of some stake in the project. As a team we have over 15 yrs of experience in the land business.
