RSS Is one important thing, secondly use web scrapers. if news is only Pune based, review them before publishing. always credit the source(very important in news)- make your website a portal where almost every news is shown by referring to different sources. if possible use cdn to save bandwidth(very helpful in cutting cost in long run especially if your daily visits are not than 1000/- in vps. use cloudflare(free) avoid WordPress, if you still decide to go with it use cache. MOBILE FIRST should be the approach. if possible make app using webview
