A very untapped niche in content is making making demo videos or product explainers for tech entrepreneurs.
I believe there’s a lot of money to be made with this idea.

I don't agree.
whenever someone starts something it's mostly half cooked and bootstrapped. so they would not want to give it away to someone..
or might want to create the demo themselves.
more of an emotional thing than the monetary one.
