Can someone help me figure out how to calculate the valuation and equity for my startup? It’s still at the idea stage and I’m looking to raise some funding.
Bootstrap is not possible and I need some investors for my social media startup.
Thank you so much for your wonderful reply. That's true that founders have to show that investors will invest and they won't regret it. One last question - My startup is a copy of a US company. Based on that I can't ask them to invest.
