I know exactly this feels like, and tbh it doesn't feel good, having someone who takes these kind of things seriously when shared , itself is a blessing and most never get this blessing, having a community of like minded people to share experience and resources is extremely helpful, and even medial is one of that kind of platform, btw I'm in 🌝
