Hi guys, I'm working on a problem statement, trying to find a solution for the problem. I'd like you guys to give your inputs and suggestions. Statement: YTD: AI is expected to make 15000-20000 jobs redundant in India, particularly in coding, system maintenance and similar functions in junior level alone. Next 18 months: World Economic Forum forecasts that about 22% of current jobs will face disruption due to AI. With about an estimated 92 million jobs displaced globally. Key Risk Sectors: Clerical, Admin, Junior Tech roles are most vulnerable. These are not people who are lacking any skill sets (maybe in some cases, adoption of AI). But they simply lost jobs due to companies adopting AI. Jobs lost, livelihood lost, the amount of money going back into the economy reduced. If we can find a solution to this problem, I'm sure it would benefit a lot of people. Let me know what you guys think. DM me if you're interested in working on this problem with me. Cheers.
