Ditch Perfection, Chase Progress! ✅ New week, fresh start! It's easy to feel overwhelmed by the mountain of things we want to achieve as founders. Quick reminder for myself and maybe helpful for others: Don't let the pursuit of 'perfect' stop you from making 'progress'. 😊 👉🏻 That feature isn't 100% polished? Maybe shipping the 80% version gets valuable feedback faster. 👉🏻 That marketing campaign isn't flawlessly strategised? Maybe launching a small test teaches you more than endless planning. 👉🏻 That internal process isn't ideal? Maybe implementing a 'good enough' version now is better than having chaos while you design the perfect one. Momentum matters hugely in a startup. Focus on taking tangible steps forward this week, even if they aren't perfect leaps. Celebrate the small, consistent wins – they add up! 💪 What small step forward are you focused on this week?
