Yes you are right but suppose you get 3 bigha zameen in 30 lakh and Currently I am getting 20k per bigha so According to this you are earning 60k per year. You are just thinking about how much rent you will get but think about that lands Value It will increase with time. My father experience- They took 10bigha at 48lakh 3 years ago and now It's value is around 1 crore In saving account you only get some percent of the amount.
