negative marketing is what went wrong with BYJU'S business strategy based more upon marketing than content quality is what dug their grave, plus the best teachers that they popularised, went to start their own coaching centers after gaining popularity and recognition, resulting in lack of good teachers, it failed to provide value for money, charging premium pricings which was unjustified which diverting the students to offline coaching centers.
