I thought of this marketing technique when I was thinking of a similar idea , idk about your model but , I'd go to every pharmaceutical shop in the area I'm operating in make them partners like jiomart does with local kirana stores and offer them refferal amount where they only have to say - if you order through online the medicines are 40% cheaper and you don't have to comehere by yourself - incentive for users is cheaper medicines and incentive for these shops is more customers in the area, and also money for every referral they made which makes them aggressively onboard your initial users
