I haven't watched Latin, but today I see top government officers, and some of the sharpest minds in India talking about it. That says a lot. I don't know if this was meant to be funny or just shock value, but when someone you once respected shows a completely different side, it hits hard. Lekin Arpit bhai aap samajh rahe ho na ki ye 10million views ka goal hai uska and he has mentioned it multiple times in passing here and there so this whole thing was for engagement and views so people come and watch. With the Rakhee Sawant episode also something similar had happened where she threw chairs and hurled abuses. Aapko entertainment lagega but this whole thing is his product and it's a business after all so what you just became a part of was their growth hacking tactic.
