All these companies got funds and a good team to build it. they just don't. one reason for this is that the traditional banks target every Indian citizen and this would include people will less technical knowledge too. so if they improve their website or change, then it would be difficult for those customers to keep using the banking service. Also they will have to spend some money in training their staff to use the new system. But at the end, you know that these are not solid reason and banks as well as government services can improve their services, they just don't
