Brian Armstrong, co-founder of Coinbase, faced the same challenge. But instead of waiting for the perfect moment, he created it. While working full-time at Airbnb, Brian followed a grueling routine. He worked until 7 PM, came home, had dinner, and then worked on Coinbase from 8 PM to midnight. He did this 3-4 nights a week, plus 7-8 hours every Sunday. For 18 months, this was his lifeโuntil Coinbase was strong enough to get funding. It wasnโt easy. He was exhausted. He missed out on friendships. But deep down, he knew time was finite. He didnโt want to wake up one day with regrets, wondering what if? So he kept going. His advice? Go all in. If you have a dream, donโt wait. Work on it.
