I guess PW (Physicswallah) has the worst management system. As a company the biggest problem they have is everyone is doing everything the way they want to do it. We recently did a very high project with them and had a very bad experience working with them. Some of the problems I found were: 1. Their Employees are very arrogant about the brand and lack basic knowledge. 2. They don't have a proper system to track processes and mostly use calls to track progress. 3. You expect good paper work from a billion dollar company but their agreements are very vague. 4. Blame game is very strong here 5. They lack basic level trust in their partners. 6. Alignment with the Company and coaching centres is very bad. 7. Prices they are willing to Pay < Services they expect. 8. Basic understanding of brand (they don't even think like brands)
