Why is it so hard for a fresher to get a job? Especially if he/she is from a tier 3 college in Bangalore, though having decent skills to back us? Is there any way where we can have an edge? Tbh, I've noticed that even off-campus is highly difficult for us due to high supply but less demand and also lack of product-based company openings than service-based companies (I prefer product-based more) I myself have about 10+ months of internship experience though being a final year engineering student who'll graduate by 2025. Another difficulty is oversaturation of job portals making it more difficult for opportunities as well. (College placements aren't that good enough though.) Also, please do let me know if anyone is hiring a fresher who is into flutter development, application development, python backend or any such roles in Bangalore. I'd love to apply and try my luck in off-campus.
