Why is it so hard for a fresher to get a job? Especially if he/she is from a tier 3 college in Bangalore, though having decent skills to back us? Is there any way where we can have an edge? Tbh, I've noticed that even off-campus is highly difficult for us due to high supply but less demand and also lack of product-based company openings than service-based companies (I prefer product-based more) I myself have about 10+ months of internship experience though being a final year engineering student who'll graduate by 2025. Another difficulty is oversaturation of job portals making it more difficult for opportunities as well.
