I was in the same situation like yours but one day I decided "Enough is Enough" from that day onwards I am playing chess in the morning in my mobile app and after playing 3 hours straight, I get so much energy and focus to do anything in my life, since last 10 years every Single day I play chess for 3 hours straight! and then spend rest of my day learning and executing my things.
