Is work-life balance even possible in reality? You often hear people saying, "I need a company/job that provides me with work-life balance". When you genuinely love somethingโwhether itโs your work, your choices, your necessities, or your loved onesโyou find a way to manage everything. If you donโt love your job, you wonโt want to stay there even for a minute. Thatโs when the craving for a different environment, like being at home, comes in. Alternatively, you look for other ways to enjoy lifeโlike hanging out with friends, watching movies, or exploring hobbies. Solve the root cause of the problem. First, ask yourself: Do I love what Iโm doing, or am I doing it just for external factors like money or other reasons? If itโs the later, then thereโs no point in complaining. Itโs important to rest, of course. But if youโre doing something you truly love and are willing to pour your heart and soul into it, then the term โwork-life balanceโ might not even exist in your dictionary.
