Am currently working 12hrs. (Relationship failure). After office I cook, eat go for a walk and sleep. Routine is same for 5days. On weekends take sleeping pills 🙃

Not sure if I qualify for this. But I work out of office Clock in time to office is 11 I have to be in office up until 8 That’s 9hours right there. I wake up at around 7:30-8:00 freshen up and leave for gym Reach gym at around 8:30-8:45 I aim to finish workout in 1 hour so that’s around 9:45 / 10 I reach home have a nice bath have my first meal (that’s very important never skip breakfast) Work in office for 9 hours Leave from office reach home by 8:30-45 Freshen up have dinner and sit to study / playtime with kid Yes I’m Married and have a Daughter. You just have to be discipline and keep balancing things to maintain your sanity. I live with my family I don’t with time you’ll realise the less you have the better it is Start saying no and start to prioritise yourself outside of your work hour try doing this and then take a switch maybe you’ll end up in a Better place ✌️

I was with an edtech startup previously and life sucked. I resigned from there and joined a local real estate developer. I am enjoying good work life balance. All jobs has pros and cons. You have to consider what you exactly wants.

Main toh weekends pura time reserve karta hoon for myself and family. No work allowed those 2 days no matter what. At the end of the day, you have to ask - is this crushing schedule worth it in the long run? Health, relationships, mental peace - sabka nurture karna zaroori hai.

Consistency is key. I batch all meetings on Mon-Tue-Wed so I can actually spend Thurs-Fri evening with friends/family without calls interrupting

Bro, I make sure I workout at least 4 days a week no matter how busy things get. That 1 hour is my way to disconnect from laptop and de-stress a bit

There's no balance yaar. It's just 24/7 grind mode for those of us in consulting. Friends, family, hobbies - sab ke liye time hi nahi milta.

Bhai 14-16 ghante kaam karna is just torture. No work-life balance whatsoever. I quit my MBB job after 2 years when I realized I had no life outside office
