Niket, I thought about this today and you asked about it. One of the most important lessons I learned came from my biggest mistake of equating busyness with productivity. For a long time, I believed that filling every hour with tasks and staying constantly busy meant I was moving forward. I kept myself occupied, but rarely stopped to question if the tasks I was doing actually aligned with my true goals. The turning point came when I realized that, despite all my effort, I wasn’t really getting closer to what I wanted to achieve. I had spent so much time focusing on doing everything, but very little on what truly mattered. This experience taught me that real progress is about focusing on purpose, not just activity.

Repeating the same mistake is the biggest mistake 🥲😭

I learned that, you can never be 100% ready. There is always something you will have to learn, something to watch, sometime to see etc. But you are avoiding/procrastinating the thing which is most important that is execution/action. That is most important we can learn and figure things out in the process.

The one mistake that taught me most is"Just planning is not enough,you should work on that plan and implement it." I repeated this mistake many times.I use to plan and not working on it . Sometimes, i regret. So, it is very essential to implementing your plans.

Hating Yourself ? Never look down on yourself - If it's not working for you , it's alright. Take a deep breath . Don't compare yourself to other successful people - you never know there circumstances and probability .

This led me down paths that didn’t align with who I am or what I truly wanted. Eventually, I realized that trusting myself is key to making authentic decisions. This mistake taught me that listening to my inner voice is not only empowering but essential for living a fulfilling and purposeful life.

Not appreciating my team when it was due, I always believed that appreciating someone at baby steps was not necessary and it almost cost me my entire team. Let them know always that they are appreciated, their efforts are valued. This small effort from our end can greatly boost team strength.

Check every single possibilities before taking any type of decisions

after winning a hackathon, I have always thought I was perfect! that tag of perfection was like a comfort zone, missed opportunities and got a job in an undesirable field! whether you learn, do a job or run a business, never attach a tag of perfection or develop ego! TBH that tag of perfection was a biggest mistake of mine which taught me a lot

The one mistake would be trusting someone blindly

leaders always put their team first, most of the teams are not successful because of their emotions. The team leader ensures that all the members share their opinion basically to be vulnerable in their team then only other team members help the person. if they are hesitate to tell about their mistakes the team is definitely in serious trouble. successful team members are basically share about their mistakes in their team it helps to build the trust among the team help to build better culture

I got involved in some dumb fight a few years ago and I got beaten up really hard that was the first time I felt really insecure both mentally and physically I was ashamed of myself all my ego got broken up once and for all that's when out of intolerance I decided to watch some self help video and trust me or not that really helped me. Soon I got so involved in this that it became the way for me to get where I am today That one fight taught me so much that it changed my life and perspective to see this world I started reading about different things made new habits and moreover found myself in learning a new skill (UI/UX and Graphic Design) which I never thought I would. So yeah that fight became the starting point for all of this and I am happy because I am still walking on that path at least to some extent. And not all events are bad it's just a perspective.

Time is more valuable than>(Money,wealth, any other) Why because I have plenty of ideas i just thinking about it but never executed .I feel regret when i think about the time I wasted.And another example in my life is at the time of Covid I stayed home more than 2 years .My dad forced to do exercises in home and change your physique but I didn't take seriously .But now I want to change my physical body but it now very hard to focus on it.These things help me to know the value of time . And i don't want to repeat this mistake again in my life.
