Bridging the Gap • 9m

Problem Mental health issues are rising, but stigma and lack of awareness stop many from getting help, especially in underserved communities. In India, around 150 million people need mental health support, but there's a shortage of professionals, and this leads to worsening conditions and lost productivity. Who's Affected? Everyone, especially those in marginalized areas. In colleges, students and staff face high pressure, leading to stress, poor academic performance, and dropouts. Why Care? Improving mental health support can enhance lives and productivity. In colleges, it creates a better learning environment and improves academic outcomes. Solution- Setting up mental health spaces in colleges offers support, reduces stigma, and encourages open conversations about mental health. Does your college have anything like this? I have plane i am looking to implement this idea and would love to connect.. please tell how is idea...
