This might been happen through Fake-sponsorship scam , in this case this they usually send an email saying we wanna collaborate or sponsor you , and then they send a link to fill the information about how much they charge and stuffs. so as you submit the Google form it a Google sign in pop-up comes and when u fill the id and password it goes to the hacker and that's how they get the access
