How do you ensure they pay you commission for the sales? I always thought of it but found that subscription was just easier for both parties. On what basis will the commissions be based off? Will they have to show their sales every month?
subscription is easier to sell but but hard to retain. Pick a specific item and run campaigns or whatever needed for it. You take the control of purchase. Ask customer to pay you. So that you can keep the commission and pay the business back.
