Customer are getting better offers than Zomato and swiggy. The distribution sucks. It should onboard more restaurants. The restaurants do not bother platform they only bother about orders. A restaurant will use same phone to prepare orders on swiggy and Zomato and ONDC can have chance of another tab in that mobile. 10 orders a day with more margin is better than 30 orders. And they also know it will grow one day but someone should onboard them today.
