I joined this one Start-up as an intern, they had zero documentation of work, explained me things in bits of peices, had a steep learning curve, no one really communicates and everyone seems to be in Rush ALL THE FUCKING TIME. Even my team mate, (My Senior) doesn't communicate a lot with me even in critical points, doesn't even care at times what I'm asking, I'm converted to full timer though but now, we get one more intern, female and all the people here are fucking eagerly to take responsibility to do the KT and training, i dont know how should I react or how do I be in this environment! Not even sure if I'm the odd man out. This leads me to have breakdowns and confidence breakdown, I'm quite pissed I don't know even if my anger is justified or not. I'm just venting it all out here. If you're experienced person, do help out with some guidance please!
