Now a days searching for the skilled developer are very difficult. I work in big company and we have done multiple rounds of Whole interviews for selecting few candidates. All candidates will be rejected at first round because very poor skill. And we schedule the interview for next batch in next day. We conducted interview for 1300 people and only 30 Got selected for next round and in 3rd round all got rejected. We are very disappointed and it’s draining all our mental energy. I don’t know what to do. We are keep on reducing the difficulty of the interview because we need the developers to fill the gap. Already working developers are Working hard and doing overtime. They also very disappointed. Now whom to blame or what is the solution we can take. If someone has any idea please share.

So as a recruiter to a good company, what were you people expecting and what kind of job were you recruiting for. Just curious to know why your company rejected all the applicants.
