Is it more worthwhile to invest 20-35 lakhs in pursuing an MBA from a top-tier college, or would self-research and self-study be a more beneficial alternative? According to your knowledge and expertise, which option is more appropriate for career advancement and personal growth?

Go for it, if you get a chance at tier 1 institute. You will get access to network with tons of opportunities for lifetime.
Honestly I will start my business because in real market how to stand is bigger thing MBA can tech theory part but I think real is real
Well, instead of a degree, it's better to invest in gaining a skill initially. Over time, you can work on getting the MBA degree who h helps you in brand building of your profile.
I'd say skip the MBA unless you get into IIM programs. For everything else, the ROI is questionable given the costs nowadays. Self-study and real experience trumps a mediocre MBA.

Honestly nowadays if you have great skills, MBA can be avoided.
An MBA from a top school is absolutely worth the investment if you plan to work in fields like consulting, banking, etc where the brand really matters. The networks and recruiting opportunities are unmatched.
