Am currently working 12hrs. (Relationship failure). After office I cook, eat go for a walk and sleep. Routine is same for 5days. On weekends take sleeping pills 🙃

Tried everything possible (therapy, vipasana, consultation) finally ended with pills to keep my anger low. Thanks for the suggestion though.
