Hey All My dad owns a sportswear brand in india where we majorly sell through sport shops across the country right now. We want to dive into customizing jerseys for sports teams, marathons and even for companies that require bulk t-shirts for the employees. Can this idea work to increase our revenue? We want to start with marketing and acquire customers but not spend too much on it either. Let me know your thoughts about it!

I'd start by building a simple online customizer and seeing if you can drive some organic traffic through SEO and social media marketing. Don't go overboard on paid ads until you validate there's demand. Like currently, India's T20 jersey now

You'll want to sort out production logistics first. Last thing you want is custom orders piling up that you can't fulfill quickly enough, secondly, a warning that customization has very slim profit margins if you aren't careful about your processes and pricing strategy. Don't undercut yourself
